"MegaPlay.io" is an online gambling site where you can play Dice, Slots, Towers, Limbo, Minesweeper, Keno, Hi-Lo, Crash, Bees, Plinko, BlackJack and Lottery. Anyone can gamble using various cryptocurrencies.

In the beginning you have to click on "Sing Up" button, after that you have to fill up the "Username" field with a username that you want to have, after you have chosen your username, you have to fill up the "Password" field with a password at your choice. After you have completed these steps you will have to click on the button "Create Account".

Another way to create a new account is to connect directly with your Google account or your Facebook accounnt.

If you would like to make a deposit, here is a small guide. First you have to go to the 'Wallet" section, then click on "Deposit", choose what currencies you want to deposit in the "Coin" field, next select the "Network", and after that, hit "Generate Adress".

The time for the confirmation can depend on the crtyptocurrency that you want to deposit, you can be eligible for instant deposit. In case that the address that you send from is considered trusted, the deposit should be instant, otherwise you may need to wait for several confirmations. On average, a deposit can take a few minutes, in many cases 5 minutes up to 10 minutes, but this time can vary based on the blockchain network load.

If you want to withdraw your funds, you can do that in the "Wallet" section. Select the "Withdraw" field, choose the currency that you want to withdraw, for example if you want to withdraw Doge, you will select in the "Coin" field Doge, then in the "Network" field you will select the network that you prefer, after that in the "Amount" section select how much you want to withdraw. After all this put your wallet address and hit "Withdraw".

Depending on the cryptocurrency, there is a minimum that is required for every deposit. You can find the minimum amount for every coin on the upper right side above the deposit address in your Wallet. Or you can find them listed below. Please note that all the transactions are made trough a Crypto Payments Gateway so we can not recover your money if you deposit under the minimum required.

MegaPlay currently uses a minimum withdrawal limit, depending on what cryptocurrency you use to withdraw, there is a different limit, and fees are fixed for all cryptocurrencies.

You can see the minimum withdrawal limit in the „amount” field where is already set.

On MegaPlay for withdrawals there is not any maximum limit.

If you want to chage the server seed you can do that in the "Provably Fair" section, by clicking the button "Load another pair".

"MegaPlay.io" does accept the currencies exchange in the "Swap" section. First you have to go in the "Wallet" section, then select "Swap" field, in this field you can choose what currencies you want to exchange.

In case you have forgot your password, you can easily reset your password. All you have to do is to click on the "Forgot your password?" field and then fill up the field with your e-mail address that your account is linked to.

You can change your email address in your Account section. Go to "General" and there you have a field "Email" you can change the email by clicking on "change", now you can set a new email address that will be linked to your account, after that click on "Save Changes".

In case you have lost your 2FA, you can send us an email using the email address that is linked to your account, to our support team at support@megaplay.io

If your balance is not correct, first check for yourself if you have another tab open with the auto play function on at any game, if so, close that and refresh the page. In case that it did not solve your problem, please contact us on live support or send us an email at support@megaplay.io.

You can find your bet ID at any game that you have played in the section "My bets", here you can already see the bet ID in the left side at "ID/Game" or you can click at any bet and see a lot more information about that bet including the ID.

MegaPlay does not allow more than one account per household. Creating and using multiple accounts will result in a permanent ban from our platform!
